Vlad Straud, Straud is old English but its spelt as Stroud and Vladislaus is Latin, this vamp is old ?
i wanted to include the vampires but i found the vatores apparently are a reference to the Salvatore brothers of a show called "the vampire diaries". regarding vlad, i thought his name was a reference to Vlad Tepes, the romanian monarch who was known as Dracula. his vampire form is pretty much based on Count Orlok from Nosferatu).
okay so in the sims wiki it says these things:
- Vladislaus Straud's Sim design highly resembles Count Dracula played by John Carradine in the film House of Dracula (1945).
- Vladislaus Straud's Dark Form design highly resembles Count Orlok from the film Nosferatu.
- "Vladislaus" is Latin version of Slavic name (Polish "Władysław", Czech, Slovak and Russian "Vladislav" etc.).
- "Vladislaus" could be a reference to Vlad the Impaler, who signed letters as "Vladislaus Dragulya. "
- "Straud" may be a play on 'Strahd' von Zarovich, the vampiric antagonist of Dungeons and Dragons' Ravenloft setting.
- The name Vladislaus may be a reference to the generations of Ladislaus' from the Bathory Family (Ancestors of Elizabeth Bathory) who also had a branch named Bathory of Simolin.

I wish they added more vampires, they could of made it more interesting with names and origins, ooh I was right with the first name ?, Straud in old English is spelt like Stroud, I may have got mixed up lol
