i'm aware they are only sims therefore don't exist, but given ea keeps talking about representation and cultures i took a couple of minutes to wonder & search where could some ts4 premades "be" from, ...

He told me while testing audio for a Sims stream playing the Sims 4. He mentioned about the rock climbing too and having it be a smooth transition which was interesting. We had an interesting start meeting on Twitch and don't think he liked talking to me at first, but I finally broke him down with a smile making a joke the other day. He is really nice despite thinking me enjoying taxes is weird which it is, but we each have our passion jobs and he doesn't treat me like I'm dumb which is nice to have earned that respect. He's a good egg and quite nice and has a new baby this year to raise. That is really neat Ryan designed the TS4 versions of them, he did well and think pretty true to the original compared to the other pre-mades. Poor Caliente household didn't turn out as well. I always thought it was cool their last name means hot in Spanish. Fun lore on them is that they are originally part alien and the word alien is in their name too to nod to that. I think their ancestry is from Spain.
Yeah I don't think Ryan is working on the Sims 4 anymore. I had just joined the Sims community when he was the Guru, so was still finding my way around. I remember when he left and yep since 2015:

Bella & Mortimer are OG and my favorite premade family since the Sims 1 days. Fun history about them. I kind of have always loved they had an Adam's Family vibe to them which made them different from the stereotypical 1950s and 1960s sitcom shows of the time. https://www.thegamer.com/the-sims-complete-history-of-the-goth-family/
Cassandra Goth was always the most relatable Sim to me. Not only does she have brown hair and glasses, but she loves to read too. I made her Sims 2 love interest Darren Goth and his son is actually returned in Get Famous. Sorry Sims lore sludge.
