Sims taking naps in beds, sofas and drinking coffee instead of sleeping

So I know when having autonomy on full is atrocious, but when I'm controlling 3-4 sims or more I prefer to have it on! I also know this game continues to be buggy, the sims cooking tons of food bug is...

Autonomy needs a lot of work!
I’m mostly annoyed when my sims go to sleep (not nap) when the energy bar is barely in the yellow. Can’t they find something fun to do or take care of a different need? It’s always too early for that. I would understand if they had a tired moodlet but they don’t.
