Sims wearing random outfits when it's raining.

All of those are Cold defaults. But def. weird that they aren't picking ones you gave them in Cold. Is this happen in cool or cold + rain? or is it also happening in warm + rain? Either way, those are details to add in a bug report: http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-4-Bug-Reports/bd-p/The-Sims-4-Bugs
