I actually enjoy using them. Takes the pressure off of a busy household, such as mine, so the dust doesn't build up. I had no idea, however, that running close to the fireplace could or would start a fire! I did a number of things to try to prevent this from happening. I finally placed a small platform in the livingroom, and placed the fireplace on top of it, as can be seen in the picture above. So far, so good, but I have yet to power up my game today. May be an entirely different story after I do. :open_mouth:
