Just as the title says. Is there any way to do this? I feel like pregnancy goes by in a few hours instead of a week which is what it felt like in TS3 and then BAM they give birth to a full gown child.. well you know what I mean.I would love to have an expecting mom who is pregnant for a little while. Even better if you could decide when they change trimesters like when aging up.

Yes, there's a mod for this. The creator has different lengths. I currently have the 9 day pregnancy one (each trimester is 3 days). I did do one for 18 days, but it was a little too much for me.

Mc command can do this too, you can change it in game but I don't know what will happen if you change the length during the pregnancy and I don't remember if changing the length requires to restart the game.

@Polyrhythm the mod doesnt work..i had it and when the sim had the baby, the baby didnt show up at all and the thing with the name didnt either

i think pregnency is long enough tbh

I think there's a mod for it, but as for a way to do it in a vanilla game I don't think so.
Would be a nice option though

Yes, there's a mod for this.

It would be nice if a pregnancy slider was added if/when age sliders are added. I am happy with the length of pregnancy, but those who want more time could have it.

I don't personally play with pregnancy because I find babies and children so unsatisfying as far as what they offer to the game. Now I have a young couple who will finally get married (mostly cause I have a big beautiful park going to waste) and if they are going to get married it mine as well be for kids.

I agree. I tend to view 1 Sim day as 3 real life months, so 3 Sim days = 9 months pregnancy.
