Smog Vacuum (solved)

Is there a way to get this item by cheating? I'm asking since a certain challenge mentions this item and it doesn't say I have to earn it.

You need to make it smaller so that is fits on a sales table. Once it is on a sales table select clear table and the vacuum will go into your inventory.
