I use quite a few mods, so I had taken my game offline entirely but within 24 hours almost all of the modders whose stuff I use gave the all clear and I updated this morning. No issues, at all. Smooth sailing. As game patches go, this was the least painful one I can recall experiencing....going back as far as TS1.
I've made a habit of repairing the game after every update.
I do the same thing! It's a habit I picked up during the TS3 era due to receiving a corrupted update at some point.
