I was having the same issue. having too many twins and triplets. I dont know if it will work all the time. But what I do is dont
go to the Hospital to have the baby. I have a bassinet in the house and click on it to have the baby. So far, I have had only
one baby when doing it that way. Dont get me wrong. In sims 3, I loved hoping for twins because it didnt happen very often.
But it happening way too much in sims 4 has me hoping to avoid it.
