Haha he's the red head conspiracy theorist who runs the little stall on Strangerville... But it my game he's moved to Sulani to investigate the existence of mermaids with his best friend\crush named China (on of my now-grown up 100 baby challenge sims who I couldn't let go of after completing the challenge).
