There hasn't been any confirmation from what I've seen that the gamechangers and Kate are talking about the same thing. I think she's talking about the challenge which I couldn't care less about.
And if SimmerJohnny was excited about something maybe it's something like spiral stairs that those poor builders have wanted for ages? Please Maxis, just give them spiral stairs so people can stop asking.
