I really hope so!! They need a proper school at least. Also Slumber parties. Sneaking out. Throwing unauthorized parties. Being able to do stuff like get a piercing or dye their hair (possibly to annoy their parents).

I have a feeling that it is a GP around the teen life state as teens were missing from the list of life states in the survey to choose for revamping. Total guess but who knows at this point.
