This makes me think about:
Getting many more additional romance options
An attraction system
A more complex 'like' system (one sided crushes etc)
Cheating has more consequences
Ability to hold Grugdes (like the trailer for the sims 4 claimed)
Snubbing (like the sims 3)
I think some of this should be base game if not all though.
