If it's a Paris GP, not adding nectar making would honestly offend me  I would definitely love a romance pack. It would just bother me if they waste a Paris/Venice/romantic European destination by it only being a backdrop. I would 100% support a Relationship GP not coming with a world, since that would leave more space for the actual gameplay to be fleshed out, and I want ALL relationships to be fleshed out in a Relationships GP, not only romantic relationships.
If the theme is indeed Paris, I wonder how the udderly, riding hint would fit in. Udderly could be a reference to dairy, as in chocolate making, but that could be a stretch. Horse-drawn carriages would make sense in a Parisian world, but it said riding, so horseback riding sounds closer. It would be very strange for horses to come in a Paris GP, though.
EDIT:
If a Paris pack is coming, I'm guessing that they'll use some of the ideas in the freeplay update.
From the Freeplay blog:
Delicacies like pastries and macarons, French art gallery with Renaissance paintings, arts and crafts table, romantic French gardens, marble statues, sleepwear and bunk beds (but that would probably come to the base game).
Bedroom bedlam, "love is blind" and maternity challenges (tying in with romance).
EDIT 2:
