So where's the roller skating rink located?

I checked around and the rinks appeared in the commercial district, and the goth residence in willow creek. There was one in old town of windenburg, one in the northern hood in newcrest. That's all I've found so far with the small session I did yesterday. Not really explore the game until I finish updating all my sims wardrobes.

I've spent maybe 4-5hrs and I'm not even half way done :cry:

Edit: also found a concession by the caliente residence.
