SOLVED - Can't place floor?
For some reason, while trying to place stone flooring on the ground (which is just the grass) it says there's nothing to change. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

Make sure you just have the single tile option chosen instead of the 'whole room' option. Maybe? If it's around a pool sometimes it glitches out and you can't place any sort of flooring there. Have to use paint instead.
