Some sort of magic in Seasons?

Did anybody notice this guy at the end of the trailer when got hit by lighting he overcharged it into something powerful and released it into the sky

Also before that there was a scary women with evil laugh playing with the weather machine and summoned rain, I wonder does that mean the next GP is witches? Or there are already some sort of magic ?

^That's right, he DID. I think that's a great clue.
Pretty sure it's some kind of power you get through surviving the lightning strike.

It could also just be some kind of animation that happens when your sim gets hit by lightning... but I’m leaning toward some type of lightning magic. The weather machine has been a thing since Sims 2 Seasons, so I’m pretty sure that’s not a hint. I want witches too, though

I think there might be a new reward trait / Loves Autumn trait that makes your sim immune to lightning strikes, so instead of dying to it, the sim playfully sends it back up.

My guess its it is going to be a little fun extra. I am not expecting some full on supernatural life state but maybe a temporary way to zap everyone you come in contact with after being struck by lightning?! I am real happy to see a detail such as this. I love when they have our sims interact with their environment is various ways.

I'm guessing these sorts of things are going to be involved in magic packs, and they're making use of the animations in other packs.

Since the basic coding for these animations is there now, and they love reusing their assets, why not? ;)
