I don't know but I've filled that with gold dates. I assumed it just meant it was "silver or better" but you could try going to gold and see if that helps?
Also, I would always try restarting the game just in general and going back to the last save if it's pretty recent. (Save your current game under a new name like "Blah Family Maybe Glitched".)
