Specific directions to the Library in Verdemar

Hi. I had my Sim explore Verdemar very recently. There is a lot called hardcover, I believe, that is a library by day and something more at night. This was suggested as the best place to hold a Royal press conference. (It comes with the royal podium.)  If someone knows exactly how to get there, I would be very grateful. My poor young regal Sim has to hold yet another royal presser and this will be his third ---- mind you, his scandal is considered a minor one. (I would really hate to see what happens were any of my Sims to manage to commit a more serious scandal.) 😮 😮 🙃
