What you’re saying sounds strange, but it’s not impossible. If you’re using a mod or third-party software that integrates Spotify (or a supported audio driver), it’s possible that the game is pulling audio data from that platform. Some mods or software that support background music can sync with your Spotify playlist, even if you don’t set it up intentionally. Also, if you have Spotify running while playing a game, some games can “catch” the output audio and pass it into the game environment as in-game audio. Check your settings, mods, or supporting software.
