Spotted/Paint splashed vest..

Hiya,
Does anyone know what happened to the spotted/paint splashed vest top that used to be in the male and female clothes items?
I keep looking for it but it seems to have completely disappeared and I used to love that top.. It went great with denim cropped jeans..
It was probably my favourite top but it seems to have completely disappeared.
Has that happened to anyone else and has anything else vanished that I just haven't noticed?

    I think it might've been but it was in the tops part of create a sim or/and the plan an outfit part..
    It's just disappeared..

    Career rewards are rewards to unlock things like CAS clothing and furniture (and sometimes other bonuses) from reaching levels in a career.

    I've had my sims max at various careers in different games, maybe it's the painting career I need to max again at..
