Along the lines of @catmando830's Tiny house challenge I'd like to challenge the community to show off their starters. To be a Starter House it must have all the necessities; bedroom, bath, kitchen...

As I don't venture down to lots corner often nope hadn't noticed it, and after a quick glance it's more of a "come showcase your work" where as I'm challenging the community for starters whether they be brand new builds or something they've already shared.

@emmaning your starter house has an interesting layout, is it my imagination or do I see a tub in the kitchen. :)

@Pegasus143 Nice work on the revision of Raffia Quinta Reno as are the revisions of Springscape Reno and Garden Essence Reno.
You're not imagining it. I love pairing bathroom items with my kitchens. Sometimes lounges have a toilet.
It's intresting layout is pretty much in a lot of my builds so when I get back on it I'm uploading more.
But yeh tht one is pretty cheap and teh kitchen has a tub in it so your sims can cook & bathe.
