Starting Over with Just $100
Which packs would you choose if you were starting over from scratch with just $100.00? I don't have a PC or a Mac right now, but I do have a PS5. I am not able to transfer my PC games over to Plays...

Just pointing out that you might want Snowy Escape for the snowy weather and some related activities since you don’t have Seasons. Also, having onsen lots would be nice since you don’t have Spa Day. And it has nice furniture for when your sim starts making good money and moving up.
