Starving Vampire
OK so I know vamps can eat plasma fruit, drink plasma packs ( 3 kind I have found so far) but even a "perfect" state plasma fruit does not feed them more efficiently than at "poor" state. as for frogs...

Are you sure about vampires can't starve? Because I tried to play one once as a Rags to riches thing and she did in fact died from starvation. I was trying to play to where she didn't feed on Sims but only got food from plasma packs. Her hunger bar got really low and then poof she died. It was a long time ago when they first came out so maybe that changed with a patch or something.
