From your posts over the years, I suspect there's quite bit of functionality you could get out of this pack, as it's very customizable. I'm still trying to understand all the nuances, but it seems like you can use the custom venues either in conjunction with each other, or as separate features, in both cases without having to actively run a venue yourself.
For example, you could perhaps set up a music festival getaway or musician's retreat where your main sim protagonist attends (without actively running it), and he could spend his time performing or practicing, or socializing with fans or other musicians. Or you could send the kids to the premade camp, or have your couples go to the premade B&B for a romantic weekend.
