Stop doing the expansions and packs like this

As a senior player since the Sims 1 I come to give my sincere opinion. I see effort and commitment in your new expansion. It's on the right track. However, there is still a huge frustration in the players because there are flaws in the immersion of the game and that, because of the closed world, they can do nothing and can't change. The new expansion would be perfect if the shells lots in the town square were opened in the city. They could be in the same shells but with objects inside. Players had enough of kiosks or vending machines. There should also be a snow sport shop on the mountain a open shells too. The use of the Gondola should be a more immersive experience. You could not see the Sims but see the plumbob going up the slope. At least one of the mountain caves must be exploitable. In the city, the temple was also to be visited. With these perfectly possible changes the game would look great. Have a big and beautiful city but have always a bar, a kiosk, etc... without immersion on city is so frustrating... do this or put 3 ou 4 more lots and you will have all players again.
Thank you for read me and excuse my English but I'm a Portuguese guy.
Hugs
  • Yeah the amount of kiosks and vending machines is getting really crazy and it feels like the team is making absolutely no effort to make the game immersive.
Just like when you rent a lot in the new world you can buy anything essential objects that are missing from the mailbox, however they appear instantly and you don't have to wait for them to arrive.
The Gondola is just awful and I think they should have left it out of the pack since it is really badly done.
    Same with the train.

I don't know, I wish they'd tell us why they don't put any effort in details anymore.

Attention to details requires time, money, work, dedication, and caring. Shells and superficial treatments are much easier, faster, and require fewer resources. = wider profit margins.

They look nice but its like the horrible City Living elevators that instantly teleport you just very jarring immersion breaking at least for me it is. I really wish I could watch my Sims go up even if its just a plumbob
