Story Mode and locked traits, downloaded Sims?

Traits are annoying to change, so much typing. But I guess Create Twin and then delete the original in CAS works.

But yes, of course i am interested in looks. After all that's the hard part of making a Sim.

I do wonder if taking these Sims into live mode, then using the cas.fulleditmode cheat will make the traits changeable again. I'm more interested in my Sims starting with different money and skills than I am letting a mini-game choose their traits, so I really hope they're not permanently locked.

Basically this. I love to be able to have money and skill as the normal options like voice and name than to have to go thru a test and do trial and error until you answer the questions right to get the traits you want just so you don't have to do a money cheat.

I'm willing to bet you can change traits if you download from the gallery ... or your own library as usual. I'm sure the CAS cheat will work also. I'd be shocked if this isn't the case.
