Strange place for a bathtub

My sims normally live in a house but I made a new sim and she lives at 888 Spire Apartments.. there's a bathtub on the deck balcony kinda funny but odd lol
I think a hot tub would be a better choice.

    Maybe the sims like the fresh open air while they wash their hair? XD Could you put up privacy screens? Or some really tall plants around it?
