Streaking Sims
One neighbourhood NAP that won in Willow Creek before I disabled NPC voting was Free Love. Playing today, are Sims meant to be streaking as a result? Some of my Sims are walking by pixalated 😱.

I tested the Free Love, cheated to activate it. Not even a 5 sim minutes later I saw little streakers jogging past my sim's home. I played for about maybe 30 minutes before quitting without saving. People were getting frisky with everyone else.
