Struggling to Name my Aliens

Since I posted this morning, I have expanded the household.

The female is tentatively named Rose. She's a techie/geek and an engineer. She favours functional, yet feminine dresses. I haven't decided yet if she'll get her income from the engineering or scientist career..

The male is tentaively named Enrique. His scientific interests are in botany and biology. He's going to be a gardener (kinda on the side, but employed in the career..)

The pair have a Rottweiler and will adopt a toddler ('Enrique' is studying the development of sim/human kind).


I'm struggling to come up with a surname for them. Maybe a surname each (as they aren't related). :#

She looks like her name would be Ava Lee

I use this website for my aliens (baby center-outer space names... Sorry I'm too new to post links even though I used to post all the time on the bbs ?) , I currently have them taking over the lower half of Strangerville. I have the town set to low infestation from the mother after defeating her so it seemed like a good place. Devon Sigworth has like 6 alien children and I cloned 2 of them. I guess it depends if you want them to be good or evil for careers. I have a female in the gardener career but another in one of the more devious careers.

1. Let random button give its mercy on your alien. Or you can choose something closer to her default alien outfits, something that can remind her of home
2. Click a bookcase. Clik buy book. Drag the scroll bar to wherever you want. Use the first author name that you see.
4. Depend of what kind of story that you want to make. Reclusive alien studying human from afar? That windenburg island, or that small lot in the corner of Brindleton Bay. Add private dwelling for extra privacy. Wacky aliens who want to experience exotic human culture? Starter home in Oasis Spring, Willow Creek, or apartment in Spice District. You can try Sulani too.

As for surname, maybe you want to check list of space probes in Wikipedia

Personally, I like aliens with names that sound a little... unusual. Hyundai Elantra and Ford Taurus (a reference to Hitchhiker's Guide to the Universe).

In my games...well...if it is aliens that are born to human male via alien abduction they just get a human/english mostly names as it is the human parent that raises them. Babies born between a human and an alien get human/english names as well names (so far), especially if said aliens have HUMAN names. In my game, non born-in-game aliens in households are all townie scooped and they both carry ordinary human/english names.

My aliens are usually aliens trying to blend in with the human population for ...reasons. They might go out of their disguises once in a while and a select humans know that they are aliens but all in all they are living as humans doing everyday human things. If your aliens want to blend in, I'd just choose human names but as us humans do at times tend to choose unusal names for our offsprings; choosing something off the wall names wouldn't be bad either imo.

Whenever I name an alien I do a gem type name
