I made a new sim, Eleanor Hope and she is the newest sim I have made and is my new founder sim. She was at a public lot and somehow, she managed to get stuck behind the stairs and couldn't get out. Thank the lord that we can use build mode at public lots because I tried every cheat going and couldn't get her out. I had to delete the walls then rebuild them xD
I don't know how she managed this but she did, lol.
This happens in my game if I open build and buy mode while a sim is walking up or down the stairs.
