Oh how did I miss that? I wonder what happen to the stairs. Their attached to the restuarent in other worlds. Restuarents come with Dine Out Gamepack.

Ah, that makes sense ^^ The name "Dine Out" should have given it away.

I was just about to ask if you the Lighthouse Bar and Grill. I had the same problem for some reason the stairs go missing when placed. It may have something to do with the water maybe.

It's a bit more annoying to place stairs on these water lots because sometimes you get the message that you cannot change the foundation heights or something (as if the stairs were pushing down on the sand ?). Maybe that's why? Had this problem with one of my spas, took me a pretty long time to understand why they were either not getting in or swimming to get in.

Sounds like when I do decide to start renovating the town....I'll need to keep a bottle of aspirin nearby.

I spent 5 hours redesigning Sulani (I keep thinking salami - too close a name!) yesterday. I finally got it done, but I was cross eyed by the end of it. Do other peoples jetskis/boats seem to float in the air when placing lots? I spent so long redesigning, I ran out of time to test the lots.
I actually dreamed of the lots last night, too - and have come up with even more ideas. I don't know about asprin, I think something stronger might be needed!

I also noticed some lots I downloaded from the gallery had parts of the beaches underwater, so had to move all the beach paraphernalia to higher ground.

5 hrs isn't so bad I can live with that if does take me that long. Isla Paradiso took 16 hrs in CAW to fix.

@SimTrippy yes I did get it fixed. No stuck sims lagging out the game other than when a sim was in transit when I saved the game and errored out on reload but that's common and unavoidable. Enjoyed it for 2 weeks then my harddrive went down and I realised I had totally forgotten to put a backup copy of the fixed world on an external hdd :(

If you add a Spa to a Island Living lot just add a small bedroom with a high level setting bed and your Sims can practically live there. There's everything you need if you add decking with ladder and a few Island items!
Spa Day.....Another stuff pack which is proving its' use a long time later.

I've redesigned Sulani so that the Volcanic Island has Modern, Contempary Homes for the wealthy people, the bottom roght island has a Spa, Seafood Restaraunt and a couple others then the top left island is where all the locals live.

I just added The Sand Bar Redux made by okruee to my game. I had been working on my own renovation when I saw hers and liked it a lot. Link to her download:

Next for me is some kind of small place that my Sims can use to work on skills but doesn't generate an NPC like a librarian, gym instructor, or gardener and that won't attract "weirdoes" to use woodworking tables or generate random townies to use musical instruments. I'm still working on this.
