So I moved Bex out of her mansion. I was gonna look for a little lair for her on the gallery but the gallery was not working, and I was too lazy to build something so I searched through my library and found the haunted house lot that comes with the paranormal pack. I had her purchase it and cheated her money back to what she had earned.
