Take a pet for a Walk
How do you take a pet for a walk? I am only getting Ask to go potty and the pet won't go outside. My sims live in an apartment. Any suggestions?

i noticed there are newspapers in the pets buy section that say they are for dogs bathroom needs. has anyone tried those? i haven't played with a puppy yet so don't know if it's just decoration or if it is actually FOR that. but was thinking that was handy if it is
