talk up another sim always failing
why does the Talk Up interaction fail? it says that the two people are completely different, and it doesn't make sense.

- It can fail or succeed. I've had both outcomes. I'm not sure what it's based on, traits or something else.
- I tested this and it seems to relate to traits, because it seemed more succeeding if the two sims meeting have the same traits. I'll test this out more though.
- I have yet to apply that interaction. Curious now.
- It's a nice interaction. If the sims are on same lot they'll go say hi to each other :)
