Yes, I understand. I use mods to keep my celebs away from bars in Strangerville and other cities. Of course, they come to my swanky nightclubs because I have a lot of them in my game. I also use mods to help tame the reaction to celebs, turn off the celeb walk, etc. I shouldn't have to use mods to keep this annoying aspect out of my game, but that's what I have to deal with.
