@NRowe I feel like sharing my discovery now that the location has been properly guessed haha.
The reason I was confused was because the same exact angle of your screenshot currently looks like this in my game. I realized that since I've played through a family living in that neighborhood already, it looked a lot different than when you first load that lot in a new save.
The progression how the environment changes really interesting. I never really paid attention to it before and just how much it can change how an area looks. Would be cool to really notice it gradually happening. Here's two shots of that same apartment just for comparison
