I converted the bar in BB into a restaurant with a small bar. Then, I added the haddock sandwich with all of the other seafood to that menu.
I'll admit that I haven't specifically looked for the haddock sandwich. Maybe I'm wrong but I thought I saw it near the dog park in a food stand. I've sent sims to that one quite a bit.
