My sim started to knit while on the toilet which I thought was pretty funny...

She didn't get off of it until she was done, but then the item didn't appear in her inventory, and the toilet looked like this...

She even has the finished knitting buff! I can only imagine that the item didn't turn out very well so she tried to flush it but it instead clogged up the pipes. :p
