The game is adding CAS items to my Sim that he's not supposed to have?

Below is my vampire Jericho Six. He is wearing silly facepaint, and has nose piercings in this pic--the problem is that I never gave him those things. He only has one outfit per season/event, and there is no facepaint or piercings in any of them. If I pull him up in CAS, the facepaint/piercings disappear (can't get rid of it if it's not there). What can I do about this?

It must be a bug. I don’t use mods or custom content, but those that do tell you to remove that to see if it fixes it. If it doesn’t there is some place to report it. @rosemow do you have the link to report bugs?

I think so. I went through all of his outfits just now, and he also now has 2 hats--I never gave him any hats.

It's the hidden situations outfits and I hate these.

Notice the hat--I just pulled him up in CAS to double-check, and I never gave him any hats. And in his summer outfit, he's now sporting a head covering (?)

@Nate_Whiplash1 I don't think so. :( The MCComandCenter and Bienchen mods are only solutions for this problem I know.

Well....maybe it's outfit-related? I could try changing his wardrobe I guess

Make certain if you select his clothing from the whole outfit category, that it doesn't come with the extra bling. I accidentally dressed one Sim in something only to learn it came with pierced earrings and other trendy stuff a Vulcan simply wouldn't wear!

if it's a situational outfit just make him wear another outfit (not through cas, just click on sim and "change outfit"), that should get rid of it.
Otherwise it may be a bug or mod/cc related (if you have any installed).

Weird, i noticed something like this. My sim wears a shiny red hat everytime she is taking a shower. I tried to take a look at the hat but its rather difficult to see in the shower. And i never saw that hat anywhere in the game lol.
