I'm just hoping for the opportunity to reap some sim-souls who "tragically" succumb to illness / quirky hazards via the *ahem* Claw Machine :mask: .. that shall (erm hopefully?) randomise certain death sequences or chances of failed operations which result in the untimely demise of the poor unfortunate patient.
