Maybe you're wrong because Origin is watching you, EA can know how long you play a game and when you do it.
TS3 also gets Telemetry inside.
It doesn’t apply to all players. I’m on patch 1.67. My game doesn’t run via origin nor need it. I play offline anyhow via disk.
