Those instructions for TS2 on Windows 10 is a pain to some and so they skip it and play TS4. ETA: I'm so bored with TS4 I might buy the DU...I hope I come to my senses and watch a few gamesites talk about it before I make a regretted mistake. I wonder if this game is built on such a small scale, it is the plan for some to play a pack, throw it down and then say, ok what's next, lol. It might be because in the old games, I didn't 'need' to buy a new pack to get over boredom, I hadn't played the last pack to full knowledge and had years left to discover everything. This time it's like ok, done it, what's next.
You have just described the sims 4 marketing techniques.
