I have 0 mods in TS2 and it runs and plays just fine for me thank you. I do have oodles of CC, mostly to enable playing in various time periods prior to the built in TS2 time setting. The thought of 80 mods to make TS4 work is horrifying, and don't doubt that one bit. To make TS4 play like TS2 does for me could well take that many, including some that likely have not been made yet.
