Have just returned from my first visit to Brichester (the town, not college) and am exceeding much displeased. Another example of grossly wasted space. Very pretty to look at, but so little is available for use. Vast expanses of row-houses, but are any of them available for student housing as in the real college town (Boston) about an hour away from me? Decent parks and other recreational venues? Shops of various sorts to cater to student needs and wants? Access to those ruins for any of at least 3 uses (recreation as in Windenberg, site for a park, place for students to do applied research as in Selvadoria)? Nope. Not even an empty lot to work with. So much potential missed. Alas, alas...
