Toby and Milly had a very private wedding; it was just the two of them. Since Toby had no family, Milly decided it was best not to invite hers.
How I wish we could easily get rid of friendship bracelets! I was expecting it to fall off by teenage, but no - it's still there.

I take it you've tried to remove it in cas.fulleditmode, by hitting the button that allows us to add or remove accessories? I just found a mod: Remove the Friendship Bracelet by natabear.
They should eventually fall off or disintegrate. I had my sims exchange them and they lasted a good while but then one day I saw a message on the wall say that basically that was supposed to happen and they would need to make and exchange them again. I really wonder about this game sometimes.
