Give them a happy and fulfilling life, then one day, kill all of his/her loved ones one by one, then make his/her life go down the drain.

Then maybe trap the sim inside a small enclosure with kiddie music blaring nonstop as they pee their pants and starve to death.

I just noticed something really strange. I used to kill my Sims like back in sims 1 and maybe 2 but I haven't had the urge to kill them anymore. I just let nature take it's course.

The OP did say most evil. I never bothered with this because I usually just kill sims out of the box when I'm in the mood. :p

I also had one of my sims eat a cupcake infront of the sim that I captured. I didn't get a screenshot though :(

death by laughter is crazy... but id say the most cruel is either them getting eaten by a cowplant or letting them starve to death

I decided to do something worse then the cupcake infront of him - I made the sim eat another cupcake infront of the captured sim: i.imgur.com/KjyUsXx.jpg
the sim im killing has a trait so he hates all kids.
Edit: since there is a kitchen next to him, im gonna put a window so he can see the kitchen.
