The New App
I just found out on Twitter, the new App is set to replace Origin. I have the Beta for the new App and was wondering if I should uninstall it, first, before I download the new App. Does anyone know? ...

@simsister2004 As far as stopping updates for the game, if you click on your account picture in the top right corner of the ea app, then click settings, there's an option under the "download" menu in settings for automatic game updates. There's also another option under the application section of settings to stop updates for the EA app itself. I haven't had the ea app long enough to know if they work for sure, but those settings should do the trick.
