I have created a template save where I have added gallery downloads on all the empty lots and edited the prebuild sims, i.e. males have body hair. And, I also replaced the Pancake household with this one.
I have found that by using this household, Eliza is not nearly as bothersome as she used to be, she doesn't show up on every lot and insinuate herself into every private conversation anymore.
