My apologies for starting a new spammers thread, but the old one is not very user-friendly on the new forums. Plus, it's in the sims franchise discussion section--not sure what that's about. Anyways...

It is a very lovely remodelled ranch build! 🙂The exterior design is great. The basement areas are very nice. The nectar making, bar and comedy club areas are great. Sims will enjoy sitting there having drinks from the bar or drinking the nectar that they make. It is a nice place to enjoy listening to comedians or piano music.
Especially designed for those long winters !!!!! 😁
